How do I take advantage of the offer?
- This offer is for prepaid online or phone orders only
- Order your six or more products online, by phone or fax
- Type "Code # 645" as your offer code in "Special Instructions Box" during the ordering process. No Code, No Offer.
- We will manually deduct the 6th product (of equal or lesser value than the remaining 5) when process the order, so long as the Code # 645 is in the Special Instruction Box. No Code, No Offer.
